The Corries 21st Anniversary Concert DVD:
In 1981 The Corries celebrated 21 years of singing together by recording a special concert for the BBC. The concert was broadcast in 2 parts in April of that year and now for the first time it is available on DVD as a full concert lasting approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. All the songs with all the chat and jokes in between, just as it was broadcast!
The DVD is region free and has a PAL version on one side and an NTSC version on the other side, so it will play in any DVD player.

This is an absolute must for any Corries fan, the atmosphere of the concerts just flows out of the tv. It is superb to be able to sit and watch and digest a complete performance, including all the humour and dialogue between the songs.

I just received the 4 Dvds which I ordered, Tonight I listend to two of them what a joy. I so enjoyed them, I was priviledged to see the Corries in concert many times all over scotland and the Dvds took me back to some of those memorable times. I also have Karens’ book which I enjoed imensely. I would like to see more of the old recordings put on to Dvd. I have to add that on a very recent visit to Australia i took my ipod along which is full of Corries music and everybody who heard the music were most impressed. Thank so much, keep up the good work.

I must admit I am a newcomer to the Corries, even though I go back as far as they do. My interest in Scottish music arose from the TV series Outlander. I just wanted to know more about the history of Scotland and Prince Charlie and along the way I discovered this magical music. I now have 27 of their CD’s, plus four of Ronnie’s, and 4 DVD’s. I think they were an awesome twosome and Ronnie is a great solo artist. Thank you for providing the opportunity to enjoy the music I had a hard time locating and for your very fine service.
